This cream does not burn or heat the skin, and has a natural scent. This plant’s Navajo name is Agizee Azee. It has historically been used by Navajo people for the treatment of bone and joint pain. It was mixed with sheep fat and rubbed into affected areas, sometimes in conjunction with a Sweat Lodge ceremony.
